At the next McKinney Chamber of Commerce breakfast, four high-profile developers with upcoming projects will present news about anticipated residential and commercial developments in McKinney. Chamber members and others meet each third Tuesday of the month for the Good Morning, McKinney! breakfast at Eldorado Country Club to discuss topics of interest to the business community, as well as community news and Chamber updates. “With so many new and exciting commercial and residential projects in the city, this is a good and informative program,” said Kimberly Brown, special programs coordinator for the Chamber. “It's an opportunity for (developers) to come and update our community, update our members and those in attendance at tomorrow's breakfast.” John Kessel, McKinney executive director of Development Services and 2005 Chamber Chairman of the Board will facilitate the breakfast program. Title sponsor is Independent Bank. Kessel will question Jeff Blackard on the Adriatica/Croatian Village project. David Craig will answer queries about Craig Ranch updates, and Brian Sewell will speak about the Southern Land Residential Project. Brett Thornton will be questioned about O&S Holdings Outdoor Retail Project.
