Full Description:
Shallow Water Aerobics - This class is designed for adults, age 16 and older. Shallow Water Aerobic class
provides a balanced workout, including all the components of fitness aerobic
training. This class will concentrate on endurance, aerobics, and flexibility
using water resistance. The water provides a safe atmosphere of resistance
for aerobic conditioning.
Deep Water Aerobics - This class is designed for adults, age 16 and older. Deep Water Aerobic class
allows participants to move freely in all three planes of motion creating a total
body workout, muscle balance, and substantial challenge for the core muscles
without impact stress to joints. Deep Water Aerobic class requires a buoy belt
to be worn and the participant must be comfortable in deep water).
Lunch Cardio Power - This Deep Water aerobic class is designed for adults, age 16 and older and the
perfect answer to your fitness needs during your lunch time. This high energy
workout will strengthen your core, tone muscles, improve balance and
coordination, and burn calories. You can get back into shape while spending time
in the fresh air and sunshine. Deep water class requires a buoy belt to be
worn and the participant must be comfortable in deep water).
Open Swim Fees are applied for this 30 minute class: 15 visit Pass, 30 visit
Pass, 1-Year Unlimited Pass, or $1.75 Drop-in charge.
