Our annual McKinney Relay For Life is a community based event in which 200 plus teams of 8-15 participants walk, run or stroll around a track to raise funds for the American Cancer Society to support research and services for people living with cancer. This 12-hour, non-competitive event brings together family, friends, neighbors, survivors and volunteers to celebrate survivors and to honor those who have lost their battle against cancer.
